AD-VIN
AI & Content Policy

Our position on AI
AD-VIN uses AI-assisted tools as part of our research, drafting and media planning workflow. We believe AI can help us work more efficiently and analyse more data — but it does not replace the expert human judgement, wine industry knowledge, and commercial experience that define our work.
AD-VIN is not an AI platform. It is a strategic advisory and media services company, led by qualified professionals, that uses modern tools — including AI — thoughtfully and responsibly.
How we use AI
- Research support: AI tools help us aggregate and synthesise publicly available information about markets, consumer behaviour and platform trends.
- Drafting assistance: AI may assist with initial content drafts, which are then reviewed, edited and approved by a qualified human editor with wine industry and marketing expertise.
- Media planning analysis: AI-assisted tools support audience analysis and predictive media channel modelling. All media plan recommendations are reviewed and validated by our team before delivery to clients.
- Newsletter and insight preparation: AI tools may assist with weekly insight generation. All content is reviewed and edited by Steph Bouvard Moreton or a qualified contributor before publication.
What AI does not do at AD-VIN
- AI does not publish content autonomously. Every published piece requires human approval.
- AI does not make strategic recommendations to clients without human expert review.
- AI does not generate fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, invented statistics or unsupported claims.
- AI does not replace the wine industry expertise, commercial experience or professional judgement of our team.
Transparency
We are committed to being transparent about our use of AI. Where AI tools have played a significant role in producing a piece of content, we aim to acknowledge this. Our editorial policy requires all AI-assisted content to be reviewed, fact-checked and edited by a qualified human before publication.
AI and advertising compliance
AD-VIN works in a regulated sector. All advertising recommendations, campaign briefs and compliance guidance produced by or with AI tools are reviewed against current regulatory requirements by our team before being shared with clients. Compliance with alcohol advertising regulations remains the responsibility of the advertiser, and we always recommend clients seek local legal counsel for market-specific campaigns.
Data and privacy
We do not share client data, confidential commercial information or personal data with third-party AI tools without explicit consent. Where AI tools are used in client work, we apply appropriate data minimisation practices.
Updates to this policy
As AI tools and best practices evolve, we will update this policy to reflect changes in how we work. Significant changes will be noted with an updated date above.
